It is specified beforehand that the present conditions govern the sales, by Antimonide, of all the products available on the site 'shop.Antimonide.com'.
These conditions apply other than all other conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all inclusive of tax except share in the expenses of sending. These prices are communicated in Euros.
1.2 - In the event of order towards a country other than the United Kingdom, you are the importer of the products concerned. For all products, the price is all inclusive on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or right import taxes State are likely to be exigible. These rights and sums do not concern shop.Antimonide.com. They will be at your charge and sole responsibility in terms of declarations as for payments to the authorities and/or qualified organisms for your country. We advise you to inform yourself about these aspects via your local authorities.
1.3 - All the orders whatever their origin are payable in Euros.
1.4 - shop.Antimonide.com reserves the right to modify their prices constantly but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to their availability.
Images can slightly differ from pictures on the website. All Plexiglas color can be a bit different from pictures.

Contractual information is presented in the English language and will be the subject of a confirmation taking again this contractual information at the latest at the time of the delivery.
ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION
When you click on the "confirm my order" button after the process of order, you state to fully accept this one as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale and to do so without reserve. The data recorded by shop.Antimonide.com constitutes the proof of the whole of the transactions passed through shop.Antimonide.com and its customers. The data recorded by the system of payment constitutes the proof of the financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. It is your responsibility to ensure of the exactitude of your co-ordinates : name, address and telephone number. To check at the time of the order, article by article, that the number, the color, the size, the price are well taken into account in your purchase order. When a product is not available any more, this one posts SOLD OUT and it is not possible any more for you to order it. However according to the availability of our suppliers, the product could be again in stock on the site and you will be able, if you wish, to be informed by e-mail.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order. All the sendings will be done via Post Office recorded delivery.
The delivery costs are at flat rate of 5 Euros.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
All the orders dispatched are expressed in Euros all inclusive of tax for the United Kingdom while any possible tax or charges is left to the sole responsibility of the purchaser for or all other shipping destinations. shop.Antimonide.com will accept your payment with PAYPAL only.
ARTICLE 7 - RETURN/EXCHANGE
Products may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt. While shop.Antimonide.com does not proceed to any refund, you will be entitled, if you meet the conditions stated in this Agreement, to a voucher equal to the monetary value of the good(s) you purchased. Please note that the cost of shipping the good(s) back to us will not be covered in this voucher.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises.
